The overall winners of the 2019 Jumpers and Jazz Tree Jumper competition – and those entries awarded ‘Highly Commended’ – were announced last Saturday 20 July at the Warwick Art Gallery.
This year’s Tree Jumper judges were textile artists Kate Oszko and Helen MacIntosh.
Inducted into the Tree Jumper Hall of Fame in 2019 was local textile artist Helen Gross, who joins Margaret Armstrong (2018) and Jessica Thompson (2017) in the Hall of Fame.
An exhibition of Margaret Armstrong’s past works is on display in the front exhibition space in the Warwick Art Gallery for the duration of Jumpers and Jazz.
