Once you’ve recovered from Christmas and the Allman Park Boxing Day Races it’ll be time to turn your attention to New Year’s Eve on Monday 31 December.
What better way to see 2018 out and 2019 than heading along to the Warwick Showgrounds for the Steele’s Bakery and Café New Year’s Eve Rodeo and Fireworks?
As well as the fireworks and live entertainment the packed program will feature popular rodeo events including –

• Mini Barrel Race – 8 to 12 years
• Barrel Race – Junior
• Barrel Race – Open
• Poddy Ride
• Junior Steer Ride
• 2nd Div Saddle Bronc
• Open Bullock Ride
• Ladies Steer Ride
• Australian Station Buckjump Championship
The rodeo event will be affiliated with Rodeo Services Australia and competitor nominations close tomorrow, Friday 21 December at 3pm – to nominate call the Warwick Show and Rodeo Society office on 4661 9060.
Gates on New Year’s Eve open at 4pm and entry is just $15 for adults, $10 for children aged between 15 and 17 and pensioners, and kids under 14 are free. Food and bars available.
