THE female driver who drove her vehicle into the front windows of the Choice Discount Store on Grafton Street on Thursday has been issued with a ticket by police.
A Warwick police spokeswoman confirmed to the Free Times the 32-year-old woman has not been charged with any offence but has been issued with a ticket for failing to maintain proper control of a motor vehicle, carrying a fine of around $300.
She will not be required to appear in court.
The incident happened just before midday on Thursday and fortunately no-one was injured when the sedan mounted the Grafton Street footpath and crashed into the windows at the front of the store.
