Afternoon for cool cats

Enjoying the jazz music on Sunday were Peter and Marion Head from Stanthorpe.

HERITAGE Estate Wines Cottonvale venue was the place to be for smooth jazz, fine wine and good food on Mother’s Day afternoon.
Music was provided by the popular Aperitif Jazz Ensemble, with velvet vocals from Teri Welles and cool grooves from Rob Harvey on saxophone.
Aperitif’s repertoire of classic songs from Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Nat King Cole, Natalie Cole, Michael Buble, The Beatles, Van Morrison and Billy Joel had the crowd tapping their toes and hitting the dance floor.
Southern Free Times own cool cat, TERRY WEST was there to capture all the moves and grooves.
